CrossRun! Privacy Policy
Summary
CrossRun! does not collect, store, or share any personal information. The app works entirely on your device. The one exception is the optional global leaderboard described below, which only sends data if you choose to join it.
What the app stores
Your game progress is saved on your device only: best runs, best score, coins, chosen board finish, your daily run result, and which puzzles you have already played. This data never leaves your phone. Deleting the app deletes it.
Global leaderboard (optional)
The app may offer a global leaderboard. It is off until you open it and pick a display name. If you do, the app sends three things to our leaderboard server: the display name you typed, your scores (points and levels for each game mode), and a random identifier generated on your device so your own entry can be updated. Nothing else is sent: no email, no real name, no contacts, no location, and no advertising identifier.
The random identifier is not tied to you or your Apple ID, and it is not used for tracking or advertising. Display names and scores are shown publicly on the leaderboard, so choose a name you are comfortable sharing. You can change your name in the app at any time. To have your entry deleted, email the address below with your display name.
If you never open the global leaderboard, the app never contacts the server.
What the app does not do
CrossRun! has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs that collect data. It does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, or any other personal data.
Purchases
CrossRun! is a paid app with no in-app purchases. Payment is handled by Apple through the App Store; the developer never sees your payment details.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated date.
